I work with a wide range of people, each with their own unique stories and circumstances. While no two journeys look the same, many of the people that I work with discover new ways to access their inner strengths, build resilience, and celebrate their growth throughout the therapeutic process.

Our first session is a space for us to get to know one another. We’ll talk through what’s bringing you to therapy, explore your goals, and assess whether we’re the right fit to work together. From there, we’ll collaborate on a personalized treatment plan—one that’s not only aligned with your needs, but also sustainable and integrated into your daily life.

Rates & Insurance:

Average Session Fees (Private Pay):

  • Initial Psychiatric Evaluation: $150

  • 60-Minute Session: $135

  • 45-Minute Session: $110

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or Employee Assistance Plan. Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Coverage Parity laws require most health plans to apply similar rules to mental health benefits as they do for medical/surgical benefits. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions of your insurance provider:
