About Me

Welcome — I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.

My name is Stephanie, and I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to helping individuals reclaim their stories and reconnect with their innate wisdom. I specialize in working with teens and young adults navigating trauma, attachment wounds, OCD, identity exploration, and the lasting impact of relational and systemic harm.

My practice blends evidence-based approaches—EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention), and expressive arts therapy—with an attachment-focused lens and a decolonial framework. Whether we’re processing intergenerational trauma, working through intrusive thoughts, or exploring identity and belonging, I offer a space that is affirming, creative, and rooted in your truth.

I bring a straightforward yet compassionate presence to the therapy room—someone who can gently challenge when needed and sit with the hard stuff without flinching. At the same time, I believe deeply in the power of humor as a healing force. Therapy doesn’t always have to be heavy; sometimes, laughter is medicine too.

Treatment Approach

At the heart of my work is a deep respect for the mind-body-spirit connection, the cycles of nature, and the unseen forces that shape our inner landscapes. I hold space not only for healing, but for remembering who you are beyond survival—with groundedness, curiosity, and a sense of the sacred.

I approach therapy through a holistic lens, honoring both the science of the nervous system and the symbolic, often spiritual, layers of the human experience. My practice welcomes spiritual and earth-based perspectives, and I work well with people who are drawn to ritual, intuition, ancestral healing, or simply a more soulful way of being.

Healing is not linear. But with the right support, it can be transformational. Together, we’ll move at your pace, weaving clarity, connection, and a deeper sense of self into the process.
